having studied graphic arts in her native vienna, as well as new york, boston, san francisco and london, sylvia moritz has developed a fascination of urban environments. observations of these surroundings play a vital role in shaping the direction of her practice.

sylvia's meticulous etchings creatively document the unpredictable nature of urban expansion, whilst underpinning the incomprehensible detail of cityscapes.
