Artsnug are passionate about bringing great art to you, wherever you are. We are equally as dedicated to protecting your privacy, and ensuring that any information you share with us is treated with the greatest care.
This privacy policy outlines what information we collect about you, how we use it, and how we keep it secure. Artsnug only collect and store information that will enable us to offer you the best possible service. We do not and will not sell your data to third parties.

Artsnug is a trading name of Artsnug Limited. We are a limited company registered in the United Kingdom. Our registration number is 09314215.
What happens to your information when you buy from our website?
When you make a purchase we keep a record of your name, address, email, and a record of what you bought. We do not store credit card details.
All transactions are made through third party platforms.

What happens to your information when you subscribe to our mailing list?
We do not rent or trade our email list with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. You can find their privacy policy regarding their use of our subscriber’s (i.e. your) information on their website. Please refer to point #7 in their policy:

We do gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter.
We want to make our newsletter as interesting and relevant to you as possible. If you have signed-up at one of our pop-ups, we may send you emails specific to future pop-ups at that location. We will also occasionally tailor our newsletter based on the artists you have previously expressed an interest in.
We clean our email list every quarter, and will remove anyone has not opened an email in the previous 12 month period.
You can unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all of our emails, or by emailing elina@artsnug.com.

We keep our privacy policy under regular review. We reserve our right to make changes and updates to the policy without giving you notice, as and when we need to. We will always make sure the latest privacy policy in posted on our website. This privacy policy was last updated on 9th May 2018.
