working primarily with calligraphy inks, graphite and liquids, such as tea, brandy and vodka carne griffiths’ fascination with drawing focuses on the creation and manipulation of the drawn line. images explore human, geometric and floral forms, in a combination of both literal and abstract translation and in response to images and situations encountered in daily life.

"tribal gathering" is one of newest carne griffith's limited edition prints, printed on 310 gsm hahnemuhle german etching paper with torn paper edges. each print in this edition has been hand-embroidered, making each and every copy unique.

the artwork is sold unframed and is available in one size 43 x 57.5 cm, framing is available upon request.
