the artist

a bristol based printmaker, anna harley’s eye-catching landscape prints have a stark freshness and graphic beauty. her influences are varied and reflect her nomadic childhood, an arts and craft background and connections to places like scandinavia and japan. each print-making journey is one of discovery, and she enjoys letting the process lead the artwork – embracing happy accidents and unexpected results along the way.

the story

anna created this print after her recent trip to the caribbean in january. escaping the dreary weather of england, she basked in the vibrant colours and warm sunshine of this tropical paradise. she was mesmerised - from her first scuba dive and hours spent snorkelling among the colourful fish, turtles and rays, to the magnificent frigate bird soaring above the island like a prehistoric pterodactyl. anna channels the joy of this time and space into a bright, bold artwork which instantly transports us to sun-drenched summer holidays. 

the artwork

this artwork is a limited edition of 22 screen print. the artwork measures 56 x 76 cm and is sold unframed or bespoke framed in a white wood box frame, measuring 65 x 85 cm.

delivery
