the artist

a bristol based printmaker, anna harley’s eye-catching landscape prints have a stark freshness and graphic beauty. her influences are varied and reflect her nomadic childhood, an arts and craft background and connections to places like scandinavia and japan. each print-making journey is one of discovery, and she enjoys letting the process lead the artwork – embracing happy accidents and unexpected results along the way.

the story

this cove is west cornwall is anna’s favourite place in the uk to enjoy treasured moments with her family on holiday. she adores the stunning vistas that can be glimpsed along the coast in this part of the world, returning to them time and time again in artworks. for this piece anna was taken with the delicate wild carrot flowering along the pathway, framing this incredible, rugged coastal view.
